  • 3 slices of crustless white or wheat bread

  • 4 chopped bacon slices
  • Three big eggs
  • 1 large head of cleaned and dried romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing, 4 to 5 teaspoons
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese gratings for garnish

  • 2 anchovies, cut finely
  • Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed or finely chopped garlic clove
  • 100 milliliters (3.4 ounces) of olive oil
