Uboch'I nyere, Nna, agwuwo,

Gi mere k'ochichiri gba;

Gi k'ayi buru ututu,

Otutọ-I gedo ur'ayi nsọ.

Verse 2

Ayi nekele Gi, na Nzuko-Gi,-

K'uwa nagbahari n'ihe,-

Neche nche n'ebe nile n'uwa,

Ghar'izu ike mgb'o bula.

Verse 3

Ka chi ohu nabo nim'ala

Nagw'etiti dum n'usoro,

Onu ekpere adigh-echi,

Otutọ nada mgbe nile.

Anyanwu, nke gwar'ayi zur'ike,

Nakpote ndi bi n'odida;

Oge dum ire ohu neme

K'anuru ebube-I n'elu.
