Verse 1
Jisus bu eyi-ayi,
Nebu njọ n'ahuhu-ayi!
Igwa chineke ihe dum
N'ekpere bu ok'uru!
Ayi neetuf'udo nke-uke,
Nebu, ihe-ngbu n'efu,
Nihi n'ayi agwagh Chineke
Ihe Nile n'ekpere.
Verse 2
Ayi nwere nosogbu n'onwunwa?
Ihe-nwuta di nsọ ayi?
K'obi-ayi ghari'ilo, miri;
Gwa Chineke n'ekpere!
Ayi gahu Eyi dika nka,
Nke nebu ihe-ngbu ayi?
Jisus maradigh-ike-ayi:
Gwa Chineke n'ekpere!
Verse 3
Ayi bu madu nenwegh ike,
Ndi ok'ibu nanyigbu?
Jisus bu ebe-ngbaba-ayi
Gwa chineke n'ekpere!
Nd'eyi-gi arapuwo gi?
Gwa Chineke n'ekpere!
Ọ gekuru gi n'aka-ya,
I genwe nkasi-obi.
