Ekesiworom dum nile!

Nna, nka ka m'matara;

Ngbanwe dum nke naghagh ibia,

Atughkwam egwu ha;

Nyem obi um'ala ugbu a,

Nk'ihe-ya nato Gi.

Verse 2

Nyem ihu-n'anya nwer'uche,

Site n'amam-ihe;

Ka m'wer'ochi onu naga,

Hicha kw'anya-miri;

Na nkpur'obi nke no n'udo

Ikasi ndi ozo.

Verse 3

Achokwaghm uche nke nadigh-

Enwe izu-ike;

Nke nachọ ime ih'ukwu,

N'imat'ihe-nzuzọ.

Mesom dika nwatakiri,

Nedum n'uzọ m'naga.

Verse 4

N'eb'o bula m'gano n'uwa,

N'onodu o bula,

Aghaghm isoro ndi ozo

Nwe nmeko nke obi;

Lu-kwa-ra Ya, Onye n'nefe,

Olu nk'ihu-n'anya.

Nk'I nenye ora dum;

N'uche iji di ndu n'uwa,

Ma nodu n'akuku-I;

Ọ zuworom ino nwayọ,
