Jisus, na mgb'ebere-I nka,

Tutu o gabiga,

Ayi gbu ikpere nario.

Verse 2

Jisus nye ayi ncheghari,

Mehue obi-ayi n'egwu,

Tutu mgbe ikpe abia.

Verse 3

Jisus, wukwas'ayi Mọ-Gi,

Eb'ayi dara n'ukwu-Gi,

Tutu mgb'ebere agwu.

Verse 4

N'ihi ibu-obi-Gi,

N'ihi akwa-ekpere-I,

N'ihi nkwere-onwu Gi,

Verse 5

N'ihi akwa di ilu

Nk'I kwara Jerusalem,

Ekwel'ayi gbanari Gi.

Verse 6

Ony'ikpe madu nile,

Mgb'ayi gahu iru n'iru,

Zob'ayi n'okpuru nku-Gi.

Ọ bu n'ihu-n'anya-Gi

K'ayi nadabere mgbe dum,
