Si n'ututu rue anyasi,

Dika nka, nakpom bia n'ukwu-I:

Mgbe ekpere?

Verse 2

Ngozi diri mgb'ututu nka,

Ngozi diri mgbe anyasi,

Mgbe m'ji nku ekpere felie,

We rap'uwa.

Mgb'ahu ihe nenwukwasim

Nke kariri anw'ututu;

Ngozi-Gi, nke nabugh nk'uwa,

Nadakwasim.

Mgb'ahu I nenyem ik'ohu,

Mgb'ahub I nagbahara njom,

We wer'olil'anya nk'igwé

Kasiem obi.

Ọ digh onu puru ikwu

K'I si negbo nkpam n'eb'ahu;

Ike n'ogu, ogwu nauta,

Udo nk'obi.
